Susan Holmes, Staffing Manager

Susan came to Express with six years of staffing experience in 2002. As the staffing manager,  she is responsible for the recruiting and staffing for all positions, including professional, clerical and light industrial skill sets. Susan is instrumental in managing the ISO certification of the office by ensuring all operations processes are followed. She has also achieved the Express Staffing Consultant Certification.

Susan prides herself in the relationships she has built over the years with both associates and clients and looks forward to forging more relationships in the years to come.

Shauna Rector, Front Office Coordinator

Shauna joined our office in the spring of 2008. She is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all telephone and face to face connections with our office. This is Shauna's strength, and our clients, applicants, and associates enjoy her friendly and outgoing personality. She spent two years as an office manager prior to joining our team.

Shauna is a native of Colorado and enjoys many diverse activities, including horseback riding, jet skiing, camping, snowmobiling, and hiking.

Jason Balakier, Business Developer

Jason comes to Express following an unprecedented run of success as a manager with one of Denver's top job boards. He is now responsible for introducing Express and our wide range of services to local employers in hopes to connect them with the best local candidates that Denver has to offer. With a steadfast work ethic and a fantastic attitude, he'll help any company in the city to not only increase productivity, but also to increase its value in the process.

In his personal life, Jason enjoys film and recreational sports, and he is currently writing his first novel.
